Skyline Safari-Inspired Bachelor Pad
Led by Principal Designer Sabra Ballon, BallonStudio created a skyline-facing retreat with calm luxury and a personal global influence, anchored by custom furnishings, layered textures, and warm, collected materials. From tailored built-ins to curated lighting and art, the details were carried through every space with a steady, detail-driven process from start to finish.

As the elevator doors open, you are instantly transported to a realm of relaxation and enclosure. The interior welcomes you with dark earth tones, deep greens, and dark mustards, complemented by original African artworks and accessories, adding a unique character that enriches the space.
In the living room, we stained the wood cabinets to harmonize with the stone surfaces, and added dark-colored sheer curtains to soften and quiet the mood throughout the space. The design strategically enhances San Francisco's prized natural light, creating an ambiance that is both invigorating and serene. The project included a turnkey installation of accessories and homewares, ensuring every detail was in place.

Elegant Living: Upstairs, three cozy bedrooms welcomed residents with floor-to-ceiling water views. The children's bedrooms were cleverly connected by a hidden sliding door for flexible use.
Main bedroom: A custom headboard concealed a dresser, thoughtfully orienting the bed toward the view. Inspired by Hiroshi Yoshida's art, the palette captured the emotions of late afternoon by the waterfront—reflection, shimmer, and quiet contemplation—infusing warmth, sparkle, and movement into the design.
