Client Confidentiality

At BallonStudio, confidentiality is part of how we work. Many of our projects involve high-profile clients, multi-residence portfolios, and trusted representatives, and we approach every engagement with discretion by default. We’re also happy to align with the confidentiality expectations of family offices, estate managers, advisors, and legal teams.

Our confidentiality standard

We protect client identity and project information as a matter of course, including:

  • Names, addresses, and identifying location details

  • Floor plans, access points, and security-sensitive information

  • Schedules and travel timelines

  • Collections, art holdings, and inventory details

  • Vendor teams and project partners, when requested

  • Any internal materials shared for approvals (budgets, specifications, proposals)

What you can expect when working with us

Need-to-know sharing. We keep project information limited to the people required to do the work well—and no further.
Structured approvals. We use clear decision pathways and approvals so information isn’t circulating informally.
Representative-friendly communication. We regularly work with estate managers, personal assistants, wealth advisors, and owner’s reps, and we’ll match your preferred cadence and format for updates.

Photography, publicity, and publishing

We do not share project imagery, details, or identifying information without explicit permission.

If photography is part of a project, we can support multiple levels of discretion, including:

  • Anonymized coverage (no names, addresses, exterior identifiers, or recognizable location cues)

  • Limited internal use only (for project documentation and close-out)

  • No publication (never shared publicly)

Working under NDA

We are comfortable working under NDAs and confidentiality agreements, and we can coordinate with your legal team or office protocols. If you have a preferred NDA template, we’re happy to use it.

Digital materials and file sharing

We keep shared project materials organized and controlled, and can provide password-protected or limited-access sharing when appropriate. If your office has specific requirements (platforms, permissions, retention), we’ll follow them.

A note on privacy vs. confidentiality

Our website Privacy Policy covers how this site handles data (analytics, cookies, and form submissions). This Client Confidentiality page describes how we protect client and project information during our work together.
